Cancellation Policy
I am aware that at times you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I kindly ask that you give 24 hour notice of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable,so please double check that you are booking for the correct time and date you want. If you have to reschedule for any reason you will have to pay another deposit NO EXCEPTIONS No show appointment will result in you loosing your deposit and next time you want to book you will have to pay for the service you are booking at the time IN FULL. If you are running more than 5 mins late for your appointment you will be charged a late fee. $1 A minute. Running later than 10 min without notifying me will result in your appointment will be canceled.No refunds for waxes passes NO EXCEPTIONS (The remaining balance is due in cash or through website)
